Michael Hoffman

Michael Hoffman has been President & CEO of Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County since 2015. He is focused on developing and transforming one of the largest and fastest growing Jewish communities in North America, and under his leadership, Federation has strengthened collaborative relationships with partner organizations, synagogues and other institutions in the Jewish and broader communities. Michael has more than 25 years of experience in the Jewish Federation system prior to his work in the Palm Beaches, building a leadership portfolio focused on advancing financial resource development and expanding community engagement.

As an HGF board member, Michael is committed to inspiring current and future Jewish leaders to increase their community and philanthropic involvement. His own leadership has driven significant achievements, including expanding care for people in need, enhancing Jewish education, and strengthening support for Israel. He leads the community's unwavering advocacy for combating antisemitism and fostering unity among diverse communities. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati and a master's degree from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University. Michael lives in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida with his wife Naomi. Both his daughter Mollie and son Jonah are students at the University of Florida.
