Addie Goodman is the President and CEO of JCC Chicago, the largest Jewish Community Center in North America, with programs and services that reach more than 100,000 people every year. Over the course of her career, Addie has aligned her work with issues that matter to her personally—education, female empowerment, social justice and, for the past 12 years, Jewish life. At the JCC Chicago, Addie’s focus is on “growing good kids” and the care and keeping of children and families through positive experiences and teachings about Jewish traditions and culture.

Lisa Rachlin is in-house legal counsel at a Boston-based biotechnology company. She has extensive experience managing litigation and advising on legal matters across a wide range of geographies, while also maintaining an active pro-bono practice. A convert to Judaism, Lisa is passionate about engagement with a broad spectrum of Jewish background and observance, including interfaith families. While a member of PJ Library's NextGen board, she was actively involved in the launch of the PJ Library Family Holiday guides initiative, and is proud to have helped bring PJ Library's important holiday engagement resources to families across North America.

Winnie Sandler Grinspoon is the president of the Harold Grinspoon Foundation, where she leads a team of outstanding professionals to create more vibrant Jewish communities and deeper connections to Jewish culture, practice, heritage, traditions, and values. The work of the foundation and its focus on joyful and deep Jewish engagement mirrors Winnie's passions and the experiences she gave to her own children, including incredible summers at Jewish summer camp, and reading Jewish stories at bedtime. It was Winnie's use of children's storybooks at her Passover seder that inspired her father-in-law, Harold Grinspoon, to create the PJ Library program, which is now a beloved part of childhood for children across the globe.

Jeremy Pava has been a partner with Aspen Square Management, a national real estate investment and management firm owning over 13,000 apartment units nationwide for over 40 years. He also serves as Chairman of Micah Philanthropies. Debbie Hochberg is Senior Advisor to the Paul E. Singer Foundation, where she focuses on partnerships and board work. Debbie started her career in finance and investment banking as Director of Investor Relations at Multex, Inc. and at Merrill Lynch & Co. She switched to non-profits after Sept 11, 2001 in an effort to strengthen Israel, American foreign policy, and the relationship between the two countries. For ten years, Debbie was an active lay leader helping to grow a handful of non-profit organizations and joined the Singer Foundation in 2013 to help establish and grow its efforts in global Jewish philanthropy, build relationships, and scale entrepreneurial projects. She currently serves on the board of Momentum, OneTable, The Jewish Food Society, and The Jewish Funders Network.

Diane Troderman is a philanthropist as well as an “amcha,” or “one within the Jewish people.” Alongside her husband, Harold Grinspoon, she helped found the Harold Grinspoon Foundation and served on the PJ Library Book Selection Committee. Her work has focused on the importance of Jewish education from cradle to grave, women’s leadership, and building community in both the organized and developing Jewish world. She credits her Jewish experiences and culture with her thirst for knowledge and looks for opportunities to give back to the local Jewish community, previously serving as a chair for Hillel at UMass and the Jewish Federation of Western Mass.

Rabbi Elie Kaunfer is the President and CEO of the Hadar Institute. There, he leads efforts to advance the organization's mission of empowering Jews to create and sustain vibrant, practicing, egalitarian communities of Torah, Avodah, and Hesed. Elie is inspired by the tens of thousands of people who learn with Hadar faculty every year and gratified to know how Hadar has helped so many Jews connect to others in their community. As a rabbi, he is passionate about looking for new ways to help people enhance and connect with their Jewish heritage, understand the most fundamental purposes of Judaism in a new light, and find deeper meaning behind the words of daily prayer.
